Ingredients
- 1 Cup Baby Spinach
- 1/4 Pineapple (Diced)
- 1/2 Lemon (Peel removed)
- 2cm Knob Ginger (Finely chopped)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup Ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender (High speed blender for best results)
- Blend for approx 20-30 sec until smooth
