That moment when you think ‘Whawhaaattt!’, where has this been all my life?
Well, my friends, that’s the moment I had after making (and tasting) this super yummy Warming Turmeric Latte. I could seriously sit and drink this all day. It’s so soothing and warming and hits all the right flavor notes. The scent of warming cinnamon and cardamom wafting through the house alone is so inviting and so relaxing!
It’s the best on a cold day and we’ve had some pretty chilly mornings and evenings lately. I certainly am looking forward to Spring which seems to be more and more evident these days. I don’t know where you are in the world right now, but it’s getting pretty chilly where I am! Winter is most certainly evident in Nelson, and the snow capped mountains in the distance, that greet me every morning, are a sure sign that the seasons have changed and colder times are on the way!

It’s been a chilly last couple of days here at the bottom of the world (New Zealand), with some areas reaching record lows of -20degrees celcius! Here in Nelson, it’s also been cold, but thank goodness not -20 cold! It’s difficult to stay on top of your health in winter, nourishing your body with foods that help it to thrive through the cold snaps.
