It’s been a chilly last couple of days here at the bottom of the world (New Zealand), with some areas reaching record lows of -20degrees celcius! Here in Nelson, it’s also been cold, but thank goodness not -20 cold! It’s difficult to stay on top of your health in winter, nourishing your body with foods that help it to thrive through the cold snaps.
