Vegan Caramel Squares with Activated Buckinis

Living simplistically can be so rewarding. More and more of us are making the conscious effort to reduce waste, buy less, save more and ultimately live more simply.  There’s so many little things we can do, that can really add up in a big way.

Change in the minority, I believe, can have a massive ripple effect and if we all work hard together to spread the word, the benefits for our future generations and our planet will surely come into fruition.

Dark Chocolate and Orange Pecan Loaf

This is such an exciting post because this recipe was made with my new kitchen gadget/birthday present and it’s one I’ve been lusting over for ages!!!! Yes, I’ve stepped up a level to foodie heaven with my new Breville Kitchen Wizz!

So this delicious Dark Chocolate and Orange Pecan Loaf recipe with buckwheat flour is made using a food processor which is so easy, because you just throw the ingredients in, whizz it up, pour into the loaf tin and pop it in the oven. So great! Continue reading

Buckwheat Banana Pancakes

Buckwheat Banana PancakesMy sweetpea, Nick, loves loves loves pancakes! So, these holidays he’s been spoilt with pancakes for breakfast. And while I haven’t yet managed to get him to try out my yummy healthy pancakes, it’s still great to treat us both to yummy pancakes! 

These scrumptious buckwheat banana pancakes are so easy to make (I mean, what pancake recipe isn’t easy to make 😉 ? ) and are incredibly good for you! So much flavor and definitely fill the fasting gap! I found them quite fulling too, and wasn’t hungry for ages after eating them! They really did fuel me for quite a while!  Continue reading

A massive majority of the worlds population are gluten intolerant and many people are using their best efforts to expel gluten from their diets.
