Teeccino Herbal Coffee Review

I stumbled across this box of ‘yummyness’ while browsing our local Green Grocer. I have tried the peppermint flavor before, so I decided to give this hazelnut option a try. Goodness me is it delicious!

Lately I have been super conscious of what I’m putting in my body, and especially of what I’m consuming and it’s effects on my liver. Now I absolutely love coffee! Don’t get me wrong! Every now and then I do have a cup of the real deal, and yes, I feel the amazing effects of it. After not having coffee for a while, you can really feel the ‘drug-like’ effects that caffeine has on your body. For me, a cuppa coffee is really like a little ‘high’.

Homemade Muesli

I have such fond memories of my mom’s homemade muesli when I was growing up. I remember how she used to make a huge batch and store it in this massive square white Tupperware. I remember how she used to, ever so slightly, toast the batch, not to burn it but to give that delicious crunch.
